18 MLAs disqualification verdict case has come to an end. That 18 Mla disqualification action has been passed. Chief Minister E K Palaniswamy’s government led to a major reliefment by rejecting of 18Mla’s. Thursday, In Madras High court Tamilnadu speaker’s decision to disqualify the 18 AIADMK Mla’s rebels. The rebels are supporting the TTV dinakaran – sasikala team. These MLA’s are disqualified by the P Dhanabal, the speaker of the house in Tamilnadu. This law is under the 10th schedule of constitution known as Anti-defection law.
The 18 MLA’s moved a petition later towards the HC against the speakers. But, the court has been had passed an order by disqualification is right and they are disqualified from the MLA designation. The election commission has to release the seats vacant as soon possible.
For, AIADMK supporters are celebrating this judgment and released a statement on their Twitter page ” correct lesson for the traitors and that democracy has won”. On another side, TTV dinakaran said about this verdict judgment in ANI news “It is not a setback for us. This is an experience, we will face the situation. The future course of action will be decided after meeting with the 18 MLAs.”
In the 234-assembly, The two seats only vacant including the late DMK chief M Karunanidhi. but after this judgment, there are 216 MLA’s in the Tamilnadu assembly. The 116 MLA’s are in AIADMK and then the opposition has 98 MLA’s.
The DMK current chief Stalin has released his statement for this 18 MLA’s verdict. he said that the election commission wants to conduct the election for the assembly by date by date. We are ready to stand in that election!!
The AIADMK has released their statement currently that is” they are ready to face the Assembly elections and we will win in all the 18 seats in this election. the election commission will decide the date for the by-election.
