Gaja cyclone – A deep depression has been identified in the Bay of Bengal and they are forming into the cyclone storm. This will be crossing through the North Tamilnadu and the south Andhra Pradesh. It will be crossed South India exactly on November 15 at 3.00pm- 11.30pm between the Cuddalore and Pabam middle and Nagapattinam coast, the report from Regional Weather Office in Chennai.
‘Gaja Cyclone’, which lay around in the Bay of Bengal likely to intensify into a ‘severe cyclonic storm’ but, with a lower speed. There will be a light rainfall and a cloudy over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and for Andhra Pradesh, moderate rainfall will occur.

The Gaja cyclone:
Speaking to reporters, The weatherman said no severe effect will be there on Chennai and surrounded places.
“On November 15 at night, many places will receive moderate rainfall and isolated places will get heavy rainfall.”
Fishermen are advised not to go into the sea from November 12 and those already in deep sea have been asked to return. The Indian meteorological department, however, said the storm is likely to weaken gradually while crossing towards north Tamil Nadu and south Andhra Pradesh coasts as a ‘cyclonic storm’.
